Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fanorm. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Any applicable shipping information will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Operating Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional events, or high order volumes, order processing may take an additional 3 to 7 business days. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping Transit Time: 5 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

While we do our best to meet these delivery estimates, actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you by email with an update. Where required, we may offer you the option to continue waiting for shipment or receive a refund for the unshipped item.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier requirements.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, customs inspections, or import procedures.

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipping fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

Lost in Transit: If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery date by 5 business days and there are no tracking updates, please contact us immediately. We will contact the carrier and assist with an investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and the shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a refund or replacement, where appropriate.
