Your order will not be processed or dispatched until we receive successful payment authorization.

When you place an order, the full order amount may be authorized or charged to your selected payment method. For some payment methods, the transaction may appear as pending until it is fully processed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We do not directly store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment information is processed by Shopify, payment processors, and other secure payment service providers in accordance with applicable payment security standards.

Please do not send credit card details or other sensitive payment information to us by email or other unsecured communication channels.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, fails, or cannot be completed for any reason, you will be notified at checkout.

Your order will not be processed until a valid payment method is provided and the transaction is successfully authorized.

We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or penalties imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider as a result of a failed, declined, or reversed transaction.

6. Authorization Holds

Some payment methods may place a temporary authorization hold on your funds.

An authorization hold is not always a completed charge. The release timing of authorization holds is controlled by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We do not control how long your bank or payment provider holds funds.

7. Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases made on our website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing address, shipping address, contact details, and payment information are accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if billing information cannot be verified, appears inaccurate, or is suspected to be fraudulent.

8. Pricing Errors

However, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, typographical error, or other mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been processed and we cancel your order due to a pricing error, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment disputes in good faith.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, fees, or service issues caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other third-party payment services.

For orders shipped to the United States, your order may be subject to applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by tax authorities, customs authorities, shipping carriers, or payment providers.
