We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible change-of-mind returns. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer a change-of-mind return or exchange. This does not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items under applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- unused, unwashed, and unworn;
- undamaged and in its original packaging;
- with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
Non-returnable items for change-of-mind returns include:
- intimate apparel, swimwear, and lingerie;
- gift cards;
- final sale or clearance items;
- items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags, labels, or packaging.
This does not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not excluded, restricted, or modified by this policy.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package to our return facility.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items:
If the item you received is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or not what you ordered, we will take responsibility and provide an appropriate solution, such as a refund, replacement, repair, or another remedy where applicable.
Where a return is required for a defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. We may provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to download and print, or reimburse reasonable return postage after review.
For customer remorse / change-of-mind returns:
If you purchased the wrong product, selected the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our Australian return facility.
You will need to purchase your own shipping label from your preferred carrier. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during change-of-mind returns.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items, we may offer a replacement where appropriate and subject to product availability.
For size, color, or style changes, please return your original item for a refund by following the change-of-mind return process above and place a new order for the correct item.
